Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹1499: ₹199 shipping fee

  • Orders above ₹1499: Free shipping

We partner with trusted courier services ‘Delhivery‘  to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Confirmation, Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Confirmation Mail/SMS : within 24-48 hours, if the payment is confirmed.

  • Dispatch Time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors may occur. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Process

  1. After you place an order, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  2. Once approved, the items are securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1-3 working days.

  3. Our courier will attempt delivery at your provided address. If unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule.

  4. If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us via Email or Whatsapp Number within 5-12 hours on the day you received the products with your Order ID and registered name, so we can investigate.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/Instagram message with your tracking number and courier details with Delhivery.

Packaging & Product Safety

We take extra care to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition:

  • Each item is securely wrapped in bubble wrap.

  • Fragile items, like glass bottles, receive additional protective packaging.

  • Orders are packed in sturdy boxes and sealed for safety.

Due to our strict quality checks and secure packaging, instances of product damage are extremely rare.
