At K LIVE YOUNG, we ensure the highest quality standards for all our products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where:
The product was damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong item.
The seal is broken upon arrival.
1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at kstarship@hellocenter.co.kr or WhatsApp at +91 92891 71969 or Instagram klive.young within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order ID, images of the damaged or incorrect product, and an unboxing video for verification with the invoice for our reference.
3. Once verified, we will either replace the item or offer a refund, based on availability.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact within 7-10 days.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
6. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
7. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
8. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at kstarship@hellocenter.co.kr.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
K LIVE YOUNG reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in such cases.
