While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or other external factors may occur. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Process
After you place an order, our team thoroughly inspects the products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Once approved, the items are securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1-3 working days.
Our courier will attempt delivery at your provided address. If unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule.
If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us via Email or Whatsapp Number within 5-12 hours on the day you received the products with your Order ID and registered name, so we can investigate.
